Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Wixly in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you're using Wixly on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

Wixly is a messaging platform that lets you send and manage SMS and email through a single API and dashboard. We route messages through third-party telecom and email providers on your behalf — you interact only with our platform, and the underlying provider used to deliver any given message may change without notice.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time as the platform evolves.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use Wixly only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the platform by, anyone else.

You are solely responsible for the content you send and for obtaining any consent required from recipients before messaging them. You may not use the platform to:

API keys grant programmatic access to your account and should be treated as sensitive credentials. Do not expose live API keys in client-side code, public repositories, or any other unsecured location.

You are responsible for all requests made using your API keys, whether or not you authorized them, until you notify us and we're able to revoke the key.

Certain features require purchasing messaging credits or maintaining a paid plan. Prices are as listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase and may change with notice.

Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to maintain a sufficient balance or valid payment method may result in suspended message sending.

Wixly depends on third-party telecom networks and infrastructure providers we don't control. While we route around known outages where possible, we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of every message.

We may suspend access to the platform for maintenance, security, or legal reasons, and will aim to give reasonable notice when practical.

Wixly, our logo, and the platform's underlying software are our property or that of our licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

You retain ownership of the content you send through the platform.

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or if required to do so by law — with notice where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wixly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including message delivery delays or failures caused by third-party networks.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
